Cynthia earned her Doctor of Pharmacy Degree from Creighton University. She also attained a Bachelor of Science Degree in Criminal Justice and Political Science from Chapel Hill and a Juris Doctor Degree from Concord School of Law. Dr. Fisher is a member of the Cleveland County Pharmacy Association. She greatly enjoys reading and swimming in the time she has away from her busy schedule.
