Ms. Jagim has 25 years of overall professional nursing experience. As a client engagement manager, she leads system implementation and ensures that client expectations and goals are met, She is also actively involved in product development, software configuration, and user training. Her extensive experience as a nurse enables her to provide the end users with real world understanding of the product.
A certified emergency nurse, Ms. Jagim is pursuing her Master of Science in Nursing at North Dakota State University. In 1984, she earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from The University of North Dakota. She was the 2001 national president of the Emergency Nurses Association, and a member of Sigma Theta Tau International. She served on the Institute of Medicine Committee on the Future of Emergency Care in the U.S. Health System. Ms Jagim serves on the Board of Advocates for Highway and Auto Safety.
