Dr. Penney is an accomplished Diagnostic Radiologist with over 40 years of experience in the healthcare field. In addition to seeing patients at the Queens Medical Center, she also teaches at the John A. Burns School of Medicine. During her collegiate career, Dr. Penney earned her Medical degree at the University of Western Ontario's Schulich School of Medicine & Dentistry. She is a member of the International Association of Radiologists, Radiological Society of North America, American Roentgen Ray Society, and the New York Academy of Sciences.
